Prints are sold directly by the author, Damiano Tarda, a private individual based in Catania (Italy), on an occasional basis. Contact: [email protected].
Every print is made personally by the author with pigment inks on professional photographic paper, is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Limited edition prints are numbered: the number of copies is shown on the print's page and, once the edition is sold out, the print is no longer produced in that format. Colours may differ slightly from how they appear on screen. The frame is not included unless stated otherwise.
Prices shown on the site are in euros and are final prices. Shipping costs are shown on the payment page before you confirm the order.
You buy using the print's «Buy» button, which takes you to Stripe's secure payment page: you can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The contract is concluded when the payment succeeds; you receive confirmation at the email address you provide. Before paying you must accept these terms.
The print is prepared and shipped within 10 working days of payment, in rigid packaging that protects it in transit, to the countries listed on the payment page. In Catania, hand delivery is possible by arrangement. If the print arrives damaged, write to me within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the parcel and of the print: I will replace it or refund you.
You can return the print within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason. Let me know by email at [email protected] and send the print back intact, in its packaging, within the following 14 days; return costs are at your expense. Once I receive the print, I refund the full amount paid within 14 days, including the original shipping costs, using the same payment method.
The data needed for the order is processed as described in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any problem, write to me: we will look for a solution together. If you buy as a consumer, the protections provided by the law of your country of residence still apply.
